Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and applicable taxes (eg. GST) will be included in the shopping cart transaction. We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard or Visa. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order and checked relevant details. We will charge your credit card prior to dispatching your order. As per MG Plastics standard terms and conditions for resellers and agents, title of goods sold does not transfer to the purchaser until payment is received in full, whether the purchase order was received by phone, facsimile or placed via this website.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Only regular priced items may be returned.

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, on items purchased. However we are happy to offer you a credit note, or exchange of items, within the 7 days, noted above. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: that our refunds and returns policy only lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will need to send an email to [email protected] within 7 days from invoice date.

Sales Items - Returns Policy

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, for change of mind.

Warranty & Refunds on faulty items

If you have emailed Moreno Global Plastics within 24hr up on delivery, in regards to an item you believe is faulty / damaged / missing, we will give you further instructions regarding the return.

For faulty goods will need to be returned to Moreno Global Plastics located at 15 Humeside Drive Campbellfield Victoria 3108, at customers expense.

To claim a refund on any of the items purchased, please contact MG Plastics. Management will review your sale and a refund or replacement may be given at their discretion. Shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility in all cases.

As the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs back to Campbellfield, customer will need to be able to track their return via a tracking number or freight company consignment note.

Once customer's return is received and inspected by our quality control department, we will send customer an email to notify customer of the approval or rejection of customer refund.

If refund is approved, then customer refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer nominated bank account within 7 days.

Cancellations Fees
Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made for goods ordered, please note any "payment method surcharge" will not be refunded.

Should you wish to cancel your order and we have ordered stock in for the order there will be a 30% restocking fee.
If we have not had to order stock in for your order restocking fee is 20%
 

Delivery
All items will be delivered as per the details given upon ordering. We endeavor to deliver within 7 days of the order being confirmed. There are times, when due to a fluctuation in supply it will take longer. If a delay is expected, we will endeavor to contact you directly and discuss alternatives.

Shipping Fees on the Website
Our website provides the customer with a choice of shipping solutions. MG PLASTICS reserves the right to modify the shipping method on the customers behalf if the customer has chosen a shipping option that is not appropriate for the shipping address. MG PLASTICS will contact the customer before modifying the shipping method and cost.
